Shenglong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd was funded and built by Shagang Group, Shandong Energy Group, Maanshan Iron and Steel Group as a coal chemical industry company. It situates in Xigang County, Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, and it connects with 104 National Road, Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway on the east and links with Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal on the west. Therefore, its regional location is perfect and transportation is convenient. So that it has a transportation network of highways, waterways and railways that extends in all directions.

Shenglong has developed into a production scale of 2.60 million tons of coke, 280,000 tons of methanol annually. It was the first batch of companies which entered into the national coking industrial permission list.
