Zhangjiagang Hengle New Building Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shagang Group, is located in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City. It was founded in 2006 with a registered capital of $155 million. It has two BOF steel slag processing line with 1.2 million tons/year, one EAF steel slag processing line with 900,000 tons/year, and 1 processing line of 600,000 tons/year for continuous casting residual slag.

The main products BOF fine steel slag, EAF fine steel slag and continuous casting residual slag are widely used as high-quality raw materials for new wall bricks and building cement, aggregate for construction projects and industrial counterweights.
